In a fast-paced business world, traditional offices are no longer enough. "Tech Hub" is a response to the digital economy's needs, providing flexible workspaces that stimulate creativity and collaboration among tech startups in Dubai.
Design Concept: Connectivity & Flexibility
The building was designed as an "open mind." We abandoned traditional walls for smart glass partitions and co-working spaces. A massive 5-story atrium centers the building, acting as a green lung and social interaction hub.
Tech Infrastructure
The complex features top-tier connectivity standards:
- Ultra-high-speed fiber optic network covering every corner.
- Meeting rooms equipped with VR and hologram technologies.
- Biometric entry systems and a Smart Building Management System (BMS).
Employee Wellness
Believing comfort breeds creativity, we integrated relaxation zones, a gym, and nap pods, along with lighting design mimicking natural sunlight to support circadian rhythms.
